This is an excellent, basic account that makes it easy to save and accumulate interest without having to keep a large minimum balance or pay a monthly maintenance fee. Best of all, as your balance grows, so does your interest earned. If you're a beginning saver, a student, or just don't want to keep high balances in your account, Statement Savings is for you. Minimum Balance requirements are waived for minors.

*Federal regulations limit the number of withdrawals and/or transfers that may be made from a savings account by telephone/PC transfer, pre-authorized transfer, check or debit card. You are limited to six withdrawals and/or transfers from your savings account each month by pre-authorized transfer or telephone/PC transfer, including bill payments. And, if the account permits, transfers by check or debit card. A $1.95 charge is assessed after 6 for Statement Savings and Prime Savings Accounts. A $10.00 charge is assessed after 6 for Personal and Business Money Market Accounts.
